Carl Perkins and friends play together (George Harrison, Ringo, Eric Clapton, and others). Another early rock n’ roll building block => Carl Perkins. Carl mostly retreated back into his country roots later on, but Carl Perkins could rock n’ roll. The man never had quite the same impact, but Carl Perkins was another Elvis Presley to me. Same era, same kinda’ talent.
